Chef Ashley Shelton brings award-winning culinary talent and a warm, guest-centered approach to every event she creates. A nationally recognized chef, she has been honored as an Eater Young Guns winner, named to Zagat’s 30 Under 30, and celebrated as a James Beard Rising Star Chef semifinalist.
With training from the Culinary Institute of America and advanced studies in Italy, Chef Ashley blends refined technique with approachable, comforting flavors — especially in her signature Italian-inspired dishes.
Her leadership in top St. Louis kitchens has shaped her philosophy: thoughtful hospitality, beautiful food, and memorable shared experiences. Today, she brings that same passion to her catering services, crafting customized menus and immersive culinary moments that make every gathering feel special.
